As of October 6, 2021, 20 people sickened with Listeria from an unknown source was announced by the FDA.
As of October 14, 2021, 592 people infected with the outbreak strain of Salmonella Oranienburg have been reported from 36 states. Illnesses started on dates ranging from May 31, 2021, to September 29, 2021. Sick people
Famous Anthony’s Hepatitis Outbreak hits 35 with 20 Hospitalized
WFXR reports that the Roanoke City and Alleghany Health Districts announced Tuesday that the number of people infected with hepatitis A more than doubled over the last two weeks following an outbreak at three Famous Anthony’s locations, going from 14 to 35 cases.
Health officials first reported the outbreak on Sept. 24, saying that

Roanoke Times: Lawsuit filed in Famous Anthony’s hepatitis A outbreak; 30 cases now reported
A Franklin County woman filed a lawsuit against Famous Anthony’s, alleging that she contracted hepatitis A from eating at one of the chain’s restaurants.

Jimmy John’s 2020 “Sproutbreak” may have been as many as 70 sick with E. coli O103
When the CDC declared the Jimmy John’s E. coli O103 outbreak over at a total of 51 people infected with the outbreak strain of E. coli O103 reported from 10 states, that included only 3 counted in Iowa.
According to the CDC, illnesses started on dates ranging from January 6, 2020, to March 15, 2020.
