I just landed in Washington D. C. to attend The Future of Food Conference sponsored by the Sustainable Food Trust.  Also, the video promo for the book “Poisoned” landed in my inbox on the flight.  As the title make clear, the Jack in the Box E. coli O157:H7 changed a number of things about the way we view food.
