In between watching the debate on food safety on CSPAN, suing Bravo in a cheese E. coli case in Colorado, suing King Nut in a peanut butter Salmonella case in Minnesota, and preparing for a trip to the capitol next week, I have been cleaning out some old files from my office in preparation for our move to new and bigger offices after the New Year.  I found my first “high-profile” case complaint, Neer v. Dodd and the State of Washington, and the first E. coli suit I filed, Gragg v. Jack-in-the-Box. Time flies.
