Over the last few years I have attended and supported one of the best food safety conferences in the world. This year Listeria and E. coli outbreaks have kept me from Shanghai, but I sent 250 books about the 1992/1993 Jack in the Box E. coli outbreak as a reminder of how important food safety is.
