I asked that to a few “leafy green insiders,” and here was the consensus:

We are at a transition time for these crops. Yuma has planted – but is unlikely to have harvested. Probably all the New Jersey crop is done with some planted overwinter for Spring harvest.

That leaves Salinas and a few small production points South and Southwest etc. as possibilities.

In two weeks it will probably all Arizona.

Time will tell.
