RECALLING FIRM/MANUFACTURER:  Tiro Tres Farms, Eagle Pass, TX, by letters on December 31, 2011. Firm initiated recall is ongoing.

REASON: Product tested positive for E-coli O157:H7.

VOLUME OF PRODUCT IN COMMERCE:  228,360 lbs.

DISTRIBUTION: CO, KY, MA, PA, and Ontario and Quebec, Canada.
