With E. coli O157:H7 outbreaks linked to Bravo Raw Milk Gouda Cheese and Baugher’s Apple Cider, I thought it might be helpful to explain an E. coli O157:H7 infections and its complication, Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome or HUS:
