If I understand correctly--a dubious proposition--"Get those peanuts off the floor" from that infamous e-mail could be used to establish that Mr. Parnell could have prevented the salmonella outbreak but did not.  Moreover, he actively encouraged that food that was known to be contaminated be processed and sold to unsuspecting customers. Parnell and PCA should be in a whole heap of legal trouble.</p>

<p>I realize that the  peanuts probably  were not literally on the floor, but were most likely in extremely unsanitary storage somewhere in the PCA facility.</p>]]></description>
