His reasoning behind this lawsuit is to force Chipotle to find the source of the problem so know one else will be infected by this horrible disease. If know ones speaks up about the issue the problem would probably be tossed under the rug by Chipotle. This isn’t a scam to get money it’s a way to make sure this doesn’t happen again in the future and if you know anything about lawsuits of this nature it’s not the type of lawsuit that gets you millions more like a couple thousand to help pay for medical bills and such not to get rich!
