Sounds like a crock of SHIT. This is nothing more than either a money hungry attempt to gain money or a dirty trick(most likley by BIG DAIRY) against honest hard working people who make an excellent product. I consume their product as well as other raw milk products from numerous producer and my yound children have consumed these products for years with excellent results(they are both very intelligent and very tall and slim for their age). I am outraged that we even have such a litigous society as this! A perfect way for dirty tricks to take place in and WHAT a dirty rotten trick this is. I can see right thru this veneer!

just another example of an attorney who brings a case where the evidence is against him yet he nonetheless brings the action in an attempt to extort money. i hope that mcafee brings a frivolous counter claim against you marler.

here's the evidence:

1. the e. coli strain in the kids was differnt than the e. coli strain in the samples taken at the mcafee farm.

2. the cdfa paid mcafee money money because they wrongfully accused him of causing an outbreak.

3. consumers assume the risk of the food they consume, especially when it comes to raw milk.

4. the kids also ate other foods, i.e. spinach, that was the source of pathogens.

5. how you gonna prove your case marler?

it's attorneys like you that give attorneys a bad name.

ICEMAN,

WERE YOU PERSONALLY INVOLVED IN THESE CASES? HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT ALL SIX OF THOSE KIDS ATE SPINACH? I READ THAT THE CHILDRENS PFGE PATTERN OF ECOLI DID NOT MATCH THE ONE OF THE SPINACH OUTBREAK. THEIR PATTERNS MATCHED EACH OTHER AND THE ONLY COMMON THING THEY HAD WAS OP MILK.

EVEN THOUGH PEOPLE ASSUME A RISK WHEN THEY CONSUME A PRODUCT, IT DOESNT MEAN THE PRODUCT SHOULD HAVE ECOLI IN IT!

YOUR FIVE POINTS OF EVIDENCE DONT REALLY SAY ANYTHING THAT SHOWS IT WAS SPINACH OR SOMETHING ELSE. SOUNDS LIKE WISHFUL THINKING TO ME.

Convienently for the parents over 200 people were diagonsed with E. Coli at the exact same time period from spinich that once again convienently was grown in... oh wait California. (FDA News March 23, 2007) Then when testing was done on the milk from organic pastures (over 61 different batches tested) and still no E. Coli was found the CDC said since it had high levels of coliform (a bacteria in milk) that it was "indicitive of contamination". (MMWR June 13, 2008) Basically they couldn't find any real problem with the milk but since the CDC/FDA are both biased against all things healthy, i.e. raw milk they made up a story that ignorant americans (and face it most of americans are ignorant) would believe. Did the strain match the spinich, I don't know, but I do know that it couldn't have matched the milk since the milk had no E. Coli in it. I also know that Marc (organic pastures owner) voluntarily recalled the milk, cheese, kefir, ect. Also if you look in the CDC's report in the MMWR that I cited earlier they even say that 5 of the 6 cases blamed on milk consumed it... how on earth can you get E. Coli from something you didn't even consume? I guess it's that new strain of airborne E. Coli. That enough FACTS for you Stacy, if you look up the information it's pretty obvious it didn't come from raw milk. I'm not saying it came from spinich (although I believe it did), but I am saying there is absolutely no way it came from organic pastures.

The 'outbreak' has never been traced back to Organic Pastures. There was no E-coli in the milk, and there is so much misinformation.

I find it interesting that you like to extract money in settlements before court, rather than risk going to court. I have met and seen Mark McAfee talk in person. He does not seem like a man who backs down. He is no dog that will sit down for you.
