I know it's outright contradictory, but I'll make the suggestion anyway. Maybe you should mention the Primal Diet to her family as a means to speed and ensure her full recovery. Yes, I do mean the Aajonus Vonderplanitz Primal Diet (that's the contradictory part). Even though it would seem an odd choice, it could actually be very helpful in the long run.
