Rebecca T. of HonestMeat

Bill- I would like to write more about this on my blog, www.honestmeat.com, but I need more info. Why is there such a huge jump in the last year (spring 07 to now) in the E.coli-tainted meat over the previous year 2006? Is it the increased use of distillers grains in feedlot and dairy cows diet? Is it the increased consolidation of feedlots or slaughterhouses? Is it more vigilance (ha!) of USDA FSIS? What are the theories out there about this astounding increase?
