<p>Mr. Baldwin has a point.</p>

<p>It's a shame that such a rich country, with so many good minds, can't come up with a way to stem more foodborne illness than it does.  If not regulation, if not litigation, then what?  Are they our only options?  Maybe a voluntary certification?  There has to be something we can do.</p>]]></description>
