I am looking for more details regarding the E.coli outbreak on spinach in August 2006.

Can you suggest where I can find such data?

Here are a few of the data points I am interested in:

1.) How many bags of spinach were produced at the Natural Selection plant on the implicated dates?

2.) I would like to have more specific data about the patient's health who did suffer with symptoms. Such as what was their health like prior to symptoms? Did they have any previous health problems? What medications were they taking or had they been taking two weeks prior to symptoms of E. coli? I would be very interested to know a detailed history on the patients who died as a result of this E.coli infection.
