I froze the rest of the meat, and of course will not use it.

One is very long a sharp and almost cut my inner lip. I thought I broke a took but was lucky. I do not like quality of their beef and want to warn all consumers to check every bit of the beef before cooking it. You most likely will spot sharp bones. I am definitely complaining to the moran company.

We bought 5lb rolls of moran beef for 108 enchiladas. We had a little beef left over so I decided to make just ONE taco. As I was eating, I ran into 3 pieces of whatever??? (Bone?) and I was disgusted!!! Who knows about the enchiladas!! I was trying to find the Moran website but could not.
